What You'll Do
As an Infant Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping our youngest learners feel safe, loved, and excited to explore the world around them.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Build meaningful relationships with babies and their families
- Celebrate exciting milestones, from first giggles to first steps
- Lead age-appropriate activities using our Balanced Learning curriculum
- Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Work alongside a team that shares your passion for early childhood education

- Communicate well with families and coworkers
- Have previous childcare experience (preferred, but not required)
